Ultra High-Speed Suppression Systems

Ultra High-Speed Suppression Systems are advanced fire protection solutions designed to detect and suppress fires within milliseconds. These systems use ultra-fast detection technology and high-pressure deluge systems to rapidly deploy extinguishing agents, preventing fire spread and minimizing damage. Ideal for high-risk environments like military installations and industrial facilities, they provide critical protection for personnel, equipment, and infrastructure.

WHAT WE OFFER

XF 750

XF 750 Is a pilot operated water control valve which is fitted with a directional spray nozzle. The valve assembly is intended for use in systems designed for explosion deflagration.  The valve uses a piston assembly to hold pilot pressure water  gainst the seat. If the pilot line is depressurized the supply water pressure immediately forces the piston open discharging through the nozzle.  The valve body is brass, two piece for service. The water inlet is 1” nst and the outlet is 11/4” nst. The nozzle is brass.

Zone Control Manifolds

THE MANIFOLD assemblies are pre-assembled in 1.25”, 1.5”, and 2” diameters. The assemblies include brass water supply strainer, check valve, control valve, pressure gauge, .5” pilot strainer, and orifice union. Water supply and discharge connections are grooved. All fittings and nipples are schedule 40 threaded. Supervised butterfly control valves (1.25″ through 2″) can be provided for the pre-assembled manifolds upon request.

XF-850 Valve

The XF 850 is a pilot-operated water control valve, purpose-built for ultra high-speed fire protection in explosion-prone environments. Designed as a direct replacement for Primac and similar squib-activated valves, it offers a reliable, non-explosive alternative for rapid system activation. The valve features a piston assembly that maintains pilot pressure water against the seat. In the event of pilot line depressurization, the supply water pressure forces the piston open, discharging water through the system. Its brass body, consisting of upper and lower segments, allows for straightforward maintenance, ensuring dependable operation when it matters most.
